This Hairclub location is below standards. Service quality is poor, subscriptions are overpriced. They make mistakes with hair orders frequently, and mess up the appointments. The manager is a rude guy, shouts at the stylists that can be heard. I hope Hairclub sees these problems and takes action. Do not recommend, there are better alternatives.
I have been with Hair Club - San Jose since 2021. I’ve had an amazing experience so far. I work with Sylvia and Sylvia is an amazing and a very experienced stylist. She is not only accommodating with your requests, but she also provides her own inputs to help you get the right hairstyle. BEWARE! COMPLETE SCAM! Extremely overpriced for what you get and the hair stylists are awful. You can buy minoxidil and a light therapy cap for way less money.
Terrible experience all around! I paid almost 4k for a treatment that consists of inconsistent pictures, experimental shampoo, bad haircuts, and more importantly, terrible customer service. I never felt comfortable going there, not even once. They treated me as if they were paying me to go there. Please, don't go to this place! I tried leaving on good terms. I had a great experience viewing this place. People are very friendly. My stylist Marjorie Manuel is just amazing. She is very warm hearted person. Can’t wait to schedule my next appointment with her.
