What a great experience with our new garage doors and openers! We waited awhile after we ordered but the doors are beautiful and the installation was very well done. The installers were very careful and gave us a good orientation on operating the new equipment. Dolan Rivette of Halo Doors did a great job with his proposal and getting us exactly the door style and color we wanted. Thank you Halo team!!!!

The service technician who did my garage door opener install was very professional and did a good job in the install. One issue has arisen. Prior to the install, he used some tools to tighten the front spring. There had been no issues with it, but he said it was loose. The install was in July, and it was working well. Tonight, when I pushed the button to close the door, the spring just snapped leaving us unable to open the door with the opener and having to do it manually now. I will have to have that spring replaced now. ... read more

Work was quick and great. No more problems with the door
Halo Doors is the BEST company of its type in Houston. We damaged our garage door and reached out to Halo. Top to bottom, they were responsive, professional and affordable. We originally called another company and they wanted to replace the entire door for 1,500. Halo fixed it for 150.00!!! The other company insisted replacement was the only option. Great service; easy to work with - just kept saying sure we can do that; let us find what you need; etc. Products are solid; people were efficient, prompt, suggested what we could do to save $ but get what we needed.
