The service advisor Natalie McCarrell was very friendly and helpful. Since my car needed approximately 4 hrs to complete the work, an Uber service was provided. It was seamless. The Uber drivers were pleasant, quick to transport me home and then back to the dealership. Usually having to have my car serviced is inconvenient and not the best experience. Love the professionalism and service at Halto Honda. The new 24/7 drop-off and pickup machine is fantastic and lets me drop and go in 3 minutes. I got a text when it was ready, reviewed the invoice, paid on line and picked it up with no waiting. I am a big fan of Halton Honda.

We have been with Halton Honda since the 1980s and enjoy seeing the old place on Drury Lane in the picture in the Service Dept. Your service hasn't changed a bit. Still the best. Brad Mordue is my favorite Service Attendant.

They have consistently looked after our cars over the last few years. Unfortunately, due to this pandemic my car took longer than usual as some of the mechanics were under the weather. For safety reasons they went home which resulted in a delay for getting my car on time.

Been driving Hondas for 15 years. Own and Element and a Pilot. Halton Honda Service has been excellent. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and they will do whatever they can to accommodate you when there’s an emergency.
