Exemplary service from a team who aimed to please. First impression was that they cared about staff and clientele safety while dealing with COVID-19. Then we were greeted pleasantly by Greg Berg who took time to determine our needs and then try to fit the sale to customer. there were no push sales tactics and no pressure. Halton Honda worked fairly hard to give my partner and I a good deal on our 2020 civic Si. Though it took a little bit of negotiating, Arjun was patient, kind, informative, and flexible. I feel that Arjun could have responded a little quicker to his phone / text regarding business / our discussions,but overall, I am very happy with the services of both Halton Honda, and Arjun.
