We were required to bring our older CRV in for recall servicing. The service advisor with whom we dealt was Christina. She was really excellent and friendly to deal with both in person and on the phone and her estimate of when the work would be done was spot on! Due to health issues it took us a while to respond to the recall and were concerned regarding this delay.
