As usual, Brad always advises what needs to be done in a very knowledgeable way which instills confidence that the required service will be performed in a fully satisfactory manner. His demeaner is always pleasant even at the busiest times. Brad is the type of person that makes people want to service their vehicles at the dealership where they purchased it.
