We brought Charlie (Australian shepherd) here to get fixed and her one year check up. Both times the staff were wonderful! I know when Charlie is in their care, she is receiving the same love and cuddles she does at home!
Our Daisy was suffering and was trouble breathing and Dr. Chestnut was very compassionate. She made us feel at ease when we made the decision to do what's best for her. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants Dr's who care and vet techs are just as compassionate. Thank you so much and Daisy at peace and home with us.
They really care about the pets they take care of
I am so thankful for Brenda when I go here! She is such a gem!! When I visit (which is always a hard visit cause it's when things are bad) she is front and center. I would only want her or Kelly (who's not there anymore ) They are/were amazing. As long as Brenda is there I will go back. Dr. Jacobs was great to on treating my Chachi. Naomi is a great vet tech also! Thanks doll!!

I've been taking my pets to Dr Gauer since before he had Ham Lake Pet Hospital. He is the best!
Our dogs have received excellent care from Ham Lake Vets. The doctors and the staff are caring, patient, and thoughtful. Dr. Gauer saved our bichon a few years ago after a poison incident and we are so grateful. They have provided tailored treatments to meet the needs of our dogs.
