My engagements with Dr. Hamilton (and his office) have been great overall! From the consultation to post care, it’s been a seemingly easy process! They were flexible with scheduling so that was convenient. Dr. Hamilton was attentive and understood the assignment. I was a bit nervous as he didn't utilize the digitized image during our consultation but the product turned/ is turning out how I described. Dr. Hamilton is the rarest of combinations, he is technically brilliant and also has the eye of an artist, his work seems to reveal the beauty you already possess. I had a 4x5mm septal perforation, and this doctor lied to me about the procedure he was planning on doing. I believe this doctor was looking for patients to try out a radical septal perforation surgery for perforations in the centimeter range not the millimeter. Without getting informed consent this Hamilton sliced open by head 5 inches behind the hairline, drilled into and threw my sinus cavity to procure cartilage from the back of my septum. While Dr. Hamilton is very sweet and spent a lot of time with me during my $300 consultation. The 3 hour surgery went to 6 hours, I woke up in horrible pain, the nurse went out to the waiting room and got my Rx from my husband to help with the pain . ? But the worst, is the billing department!! My insurance payed a lot but they still took my good faith deposit and then demanded more from me !
