Amazing staff Kim and Niecy at the front desk were so amazingly friendly and helpful each day of our stay. Andres from the kitchen worked so hard to maintain the complimentary breakfast, we were so appreciative.
I had a great time in NY. I spent 10 nights in the hotel. The staff are very professional and polite, the room is super clean, very convenient for public transportation and short walking distance I need to go. Thank you

The front desk staff, particularly Melvin and Niecey, and the breakfast manager Dominique were absolutely fantastic. The location was exceptional for accessing various transit, as well as restaurants and other attractions. The room itself was obviously recently renovated as far as carpet and look, with the bed comfortable. Refrigerator, unlike many hotel refrigerators, was at an exceptionally cold safe temperature. July 2025 At breakfast, packaged bagels were a major disappointment in a city renowned for its fresh ones. Water pressure in the shower/bath was weak with a trickle coming out. All else was terrific and I had a great stay
