The t.v in our room was not working around 9:30pm, i called the front desk and they sent someone up right away to fix the problem.

I’ve stayed at this property before. I love the location because it’s quiet and easy to walk to Chelsea art galleries/whitney museum, flat iron building area and also good connections to subway. The a/c heater in my room broke while I was there and also the TV didn’t really work. Neither dealbreakers but made the room feel a bit neglected (otherwise it was quite nice!). We were only there for one night. We arrived late in the afternoon and got into the room easily. Great location to walk to where we wanted to go. Parking nearby was very expensive. We'll definitely look into that more fully next time. Breakfast buffet wasn't restocked fast enough to meet the demand. The person was constantly doing things but there wasn't really enough for the number of eaters. Yogurts never got restocked.
