Good place to stay overall Everything was clean and well maintained. Job and Niecy were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were not to my liking. They were very soft/airy. I prefer a firm pillow but those were the only option. The WiFi never worked in our room. We could connect for a few minutes while in the lobby/breakfast area then it would disconnect.
I loved that it was so close to everything. The staff were very nice and helpful and I loved that breakfast was included. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Stayed for four nights on 6-floor / non-city view. Good bed. Room had a bathtub shower, small fridge, safe, and lots of fluffy towels. Lots of cozy pillows too. Surprisingly quiet for location. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast that DID include protein: eggs, sausage or bacon. The staff did a wonderful job keeping stocked. For those who are scent sensitive, the lobby and stairwells have that strange (everywhere now) "air freshener" scent but the room I stayed in was very scent neutral. Yay! Very close to ... read more
We stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time. The hotel is a little bare bones in terms of amenities, but you're also in the middle of New York, so there's not really a need for anything additional in my mind and the hotel was clean and everything worked as expected. The absolute best part of this hotel has got to be the staff; from checking in late after flight delays to the check out, everyone working at this hotel went out of their way to say hi and were able to help us with anything we needed immediately.
