Would stay again The staff was great. Niecy was so helpful. We love that we could check our bags at the hotel and explore before check-in, and after checkout. The room was a nice size for a New York hotel room. Updates. Definitely need to be done. The only problem we had was that heat was not controlled by a thermostat and the plate was missing from the unit so we had no idea how to turn on our air or heat.
Would have been nice to have a small microwave but otherwise all good!

None of the ice machines were turned on. If they were it was after 10 in the am and ice was gone soon after that
Definitely an older hotel that could use some updating, but the great and convenient location makes up for it

Awesome stay
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was fine, not wonderful, not horrible. Just average. The room could do with updating, it's showing it's age. Overall this is a good place to stay for a few days. I would stay for a couple or few days again.
