Lovely people! But the mattress had bed bugs my body was covered in bites unfortunately
The staff was very great, the breakfast was great. My family and I enjoyed our stay. And it was a short walking distance to the popular areas like Times Square. Before we arrived I called the front desk staff with questions and they were very helpful. Check in was easy and they assured us the safety of this hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel for stay and it’s kid friendly.
Good break away Really good stay , staff all friendly , room suited our needs . Great area for getting to the sites , Macy’s and Empire State Building 10 minute away. Though think the breakfast room could do with being updated but otherwise all good and happily go back and recommend.
Very clean and a great breakfast. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are small be clean.
The hotel was in a very convenient location for us. We were able to walk to Madison Square Garden for the UFC fight and walk to Times Square.
Check in and check out was super easy and the staff were so nice. It was also so helpful that they were able to hold our bags for us after we checked out. I wish breakfast was a bit better, but the stay was great.
Permanenza ottobre 2022 stanza 607. La camera molto spaziosa e il bagno con doccia grande. Pulizia eccellente, letto comodissimo e grande, doppi cuscini con spessore diverso. La stanza da sul retro dell’hotel e si sente il rumore delle ventole di raffreddamento ma non è continuativo e comunque non disturba a tal punto da non dormire. Aria condizionata in camera e riscaldamento quando si usano sono rumorosi ma noi non li abbiamo usati quindi non sappiamo quando arrivano in temperatura se il rumore diminuisce.
