La habitación es demasiado pequeña para 4 personas, y el desayuno es realmente escaso para el precio que tiene la habitación. Bien ubicado, pero el precio excesivo para lo viejo que es.
Excellent room for central new york. Breakfast and room service excellent. The area was let down a bit by homelessness and litter outside but to be expected in a city centre.
Second stay here!!! The shower and bathroom was a bonus as they have wall mounted toiletries making it easy to shower and not have to worry about packing any with you. The breakfast buffet was overall good. Some days there was a lot of choices, others days less but quality did not suffer. Buffet staff made sure things were clean and stocked. The location of this hotel is great for catching trains out of Penn or just any subway. Walking distance to some great stores and even a little off broadway theater.
We had the best time at this hotel! It is right in the heart of Manhattan. Jesse at the front desk made sure we had a wonderful stay, and the cleaning staff was wonderful too!
Bom atendimento, poderiam melhorar o servico de qu Muito bom atendimento na chegada, a limpeza do quarto não são muito bons, pois apesar ser de dois em dois dias, sempre faltava alguma coisa de reposicao. Diversas vezes cobrei. Café da manhã padrão americano, na média.
