Wonderful staff! So friendly and helpful. Such great and friendly service! We had a problem of our own making and Adriana and Artem totally resolved our issue, all with a smile! So grateful to them.
La estadía estuvo excelente. Todos los días limpiaron la habitación y llevaron toallas limpias sin tenerlo que solicitar. La habitación fue super cómoda, la cama y las almohadas eran excelentes. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y todos los días había algo distinto para acompañar las opciones que tienen todo el tiempo. Good location to visit Manhattan, but the street where the hotel is located is not great. Not very clean, lots of weird people, and you don't feel completely safe until you reach broader streets.
Good location, very close to a lot tourist attraction and good transportation.
Mükemmel konum Görevliler güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Otelin konumu mükemmeldi. Odanın küçük olmasından dolayı bavullarımızı kullanmakta zorlandık. Odada mini buzdolabı olabilirdi. Oda sessizdi ve yataklar rahattı. Yorganlar çarşafla değil de nevresimle kaplanırsa daha hijyenik olur. Kahvaltıda biten ürünler düzenli olarak yenilenmiyor. Bittiyse ve siz saat 9’da geldiyseniz bazı yiyecekleri bulamıyorsunuz.
