Great quiet place to live My daughter moved here from out of state and Marie and Valerie were great to work with. Marie was always available to answer all the questions I had as a concerned parent and she was true to her word. We had a great experience!

So glade to find them. I was out yesterday looking for an apartment and was doing a drive by, I walked into the office and to my surprise I was elated to see my former management team here. I immediately explained to Valerie that I want to live here, we did the paperwork and so its on. Ms. Haire I recently moved back to the area after years 5. I used to live on the property and I can clearly see changes and improvement that have been made. I came in Saturday and the leasing agent Ms. Marie was professional and such a joy. I will be submitting my lease very soon. I love living at Hampton point?? I love living here I would recommend Hampton point to my family & friends I've lived here for 3 years I just signed a 14 month lease last month the staff & mainanace are very nice & friendly!

VERY NICE I came in to view the property and it felt very welcoming. The leasing Manager Marie was so nice. She showed me the model and we discussed the property and the surrounding area. I enjoyed my time here and will be leasing at this property. Mrs. Marie makes you feel very welcome. I really like that. These people seem to care.

Move here! The new management is doing a fantastic job! This place looks better and better as days and months go by. It’s sad that people can’t see the Manager Valerie is doing what should have been done for years and I mean her job! New and improved Thank You Thank You Thank You for all of the improvements that you all have brought to Hampton Point. The customer service that is there now is fantastic. The new staff is phenomenal and I am so glad that they are here. Ms. Valerie, Mr. Brandon do not ever change who you all are as a staff because it is because of you all and God that we have a better community.
