Had to make a really tough decision to put my boy Dryfus down. Dr Swasey was very helpful with the process. He took the time to explain the process and was very compassionate. I am grateful to him and the entire staff for making this process a little easier to handle. All of the vets and staff always took excellent care of Dryfus over the last 11years. Amazing caring staff. They got us in right away without an appointment. The Dr was loving and great and so was Lady Rip' nurse. Very thorough in explaining to us what they will be doing. We left her in good hands.
Everyone who I have ever interacted with has been thoughtful, kind and takes a special interest in my cats. I used to go somewhere in Visalia that I loved but when my eldest cat had to have major surgery done on one of her legs, the only place that could do it was Hanford Veterinary Hospital. They did such a great job and are the only place I trust with my cats. My husband brought my dog here when he got parvo. The Dr did everything he could to save his life and kept us up to date in his progress. He made it through and came home after a week of quarantine. He has since been going for his shots and just had a procedure done today to get fixed. They took really good care of him and explained everything very thorough. I highly recommend this Vet Hospital and trust my Buddy with them. They have a wonderful staff that cares for your pets and very friendly.
I really love this facility and their staff. They are the only ones that found out what was wrong with my companion. The others just treated his symptoms, they found the cause. One question I do have though, besides emergencies on the weekend, why not have it open also for ppl who want to cremate their beloved pets? We can't pick when they pass away. what are we supposed to do on the weekends? Taking them to Fresno or Visalia is not always an option. Anyways, these guys and women are great.
