She always asks probing questions, listens intently, and follows up to make sure she understands the symptoms and issues. Would recommend.
Her bedside manner is exemplary. She is extremely knowledgeable in her craft and beyond. She's compassionate, empathetic, caring, understanding, patient, supportive, friendly, willing to listen and find a solution to whatever issue(s) may be present. I have never felt this comfortable with a PCP before. I don't feel like just a patient nor like we're just going through a regular scripted process. I feel more at ease and less stressed post visit. Dr. Washer is so patient and very kind! She takes her time answering questions and explaining things. She does not rush the appointment at all. She is truly one of the most kind hearted people I've ever met, I wish all people in healthcare were like her!
