Brought my wife's 20 year old wedding ring in for repair and it was less than originally estimated to complete. We were amazed when we saw the result. Well, Lori Z., who works at the Square One Mall Hannoush location was absolutely marvelous! She assisted me in choosing the proper diamond settings for the emerald I purchased a couple of months ago. It was a retirement gift to myself. Lori is now my jewelry consultant. It's a pleasure to shop at Hannoush. (They have a sale at the moment on Panora jewelry).

My son and I visited the store this afternoon looking for a gold chain for a pendant I bought him. Laurie showed us a number of different styles and helped us choose the perfect chain: She was patient and helped us select a beautiful chain that fit perfectly with the charm. She also gave us a great price! Definitely going back!
