Well, Lori Z., who works at the Square One Mall Hannoush location was absolutely marvelous! She assisted me in choosing the proper diamond settings for the emerald I purchased a couple of months ago. It was a retirement gift to myself. Lori is now my jewelry consultant. It's a pleasure to shop at Hannoush. (They have a sale at the moment on Panora jewelry).

My son and I visited the store this afternoon looking for a gold chain for a pendant I bought him. Laurie showed us a number of different styles and helped us choose the perfect chain: She was patient and helped us select a beautiful chain that fit perfectly with the charm. She also gave us a great price! Definitely going back!
