Great service at Saugus location. My pandora bracelet was looking kind of dull and I went to Hannoush asking for help. Robin who I believe is the manager helped me out, with friendly service. Now my bracelet is looking shiny and new! Happy to send my pals there.

I do not recommend going to this store. My experience with them was very bad. I went to have a bracelet fixed. At first, they told me that there was no way to fix it and that the part had to be changed. It took about a month, and when I went to receive it, the part was not changed, only fixed. The amount was very expensive and not worth it.

By far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a jewelry store. Everyone was very kind and had lots of patience with my indecisiveness. A younger woman Orlanny was very helpful and helped me buy a new ring for my wedding stack! Super kind young girl. I recommend this store to everybody
Amazing customer service! The lady who helped me was super nice and welcoming. When I asked for assistance she was very helpful and polite. I left going for one thing and ended up leaving with two pieces of jewelry. I definitely recommend the store, especially the employee who helped me!
