I went in looking for an engagement ring. They helped me establish my budget and worked with me on the price. I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I don’t know their names but I was in on 3/3/2023 at 3:40. The two ladies who were working deserve high praise for their customer service.

Chan was very helpful in sourcing me the right diamond for my engagement ring. It took a few rounds, importing diamonds from their distributors, but she was patient and helpful! 5 stars!

Came in to pick up my ring which was sized and the band color was changed. I needed a rushed job to meet my wedding date and not only did they guarantee it would be done in time it was done almost a week earlier. The work was flawless. I can’t say enough good things about Chan and Pollini and how kind they have been. They’ve definitely exceeded my expectations and created a life long customer.
