Chan was very helpful in sourcing me the right diamond for my engagement ring. It took a few rounds, importing diamonds from their distributors, but she was patient and helpful! 5 stars!

Came in to pick up my ring which was sized and the band color was changed. I needed a rushed job to meet my wedding date and not only did they guarantee it would be done in time it was done almost a week earlier. The work was flawless. I can’t say enough good things about Chan and Pollini and how kind they have been. They’ve definitely exceeded my expectations and created a life long customer.
Pollini, Chan and Jane were super delightful. It was quick and easy experience looking at rings in a very relaxed and welcoming store. Highly recommend!

Miss Sima was absolutely terrific and one of the kindest woman I have met! I simply showed her a Pinterest picture of a princess cut diamond ring and she immediately led me to several beautiful options. I am not planning on getting married quite yet, as a 21 year old! However, she made the experience very positive and solidified the idea of my future wedding ring!
