I had a great experience having my new roof installed by Hansons. My coordinator Lori was amazing! she and John my installer ( also amazing! ) worked my job down to the last detail. John picked up on an error (that was actually my own fault) he called Lori, at the Troy office, together they fixed the issue without missing a beat.
