David Kramer was wonderful. Very professional and polite upon arrival, greeting us and our pup. He spent time walking us around the outside of our house, pointing out things he’d be referring to once inside. He took a look at our siding, windows, and gutters as well. I appreciated that he did not try to over sell us, when I am sure there were areas he could have. He was clear, concise and able to answer all of our questions while walking us through the quote.
