Our salesman Kevin Scollin was very nice and respectful! My husband is bed bound and Kevin sat in the bedroom with us so my husband could participate in the discussion. I really appreciated that. We had a problem with the Hover site so he was unable to retrieve the house pics and measurements but he went outside and took pics himself to get them. He provided very good explanation of the process and showed us samples. He also explained the lifetime warranty.
