I have waited a long time to get my job completed. I spoke with Marilyn today to set up the final install (hopefully). She helped me talk to a manager about the ongoing delays. Marilyn and Tammy both gave excellent customer service.

The work was great! The professionalism was bad! Although weather influenced the roof job taking 3 days, there's no excuse for blasting loud music while doing said job. Made working from home difficult.

Patio door was put in wrong and I had to wait 6 weeks to get it fixed. They did a great job fixing it and door is really nice. Keeps cold out.

I have had an ongoing problem with my gutters. I spoke with the Regional Manager, Gary and he came to my house with a work crew that same day. Gary stayed and monitored the guys until the job was finished. I am so pleased with the completed work done. Thank you Gary and the crew.!!!!
