I had a great experience having my new roof installed by Hansons. My coordinator Lori was amazing! she and John my installer ( also amazing! ) worked my job down to the last detail. John picked up on an error (that was actually my own fault) he called Lori, at the Troy office, together they fixed the issue without missing a beat. I can’t thank them both enough for the outstanding customer service and attention to detail they both gave me. I truly felt like family. THANK YOU!!! All my best, Andrea
