The contractors did everything they where supposed to and did an excellent job. Hanson on the other hand should understand that a finale cost is just that, not a finale cost plus some. Hanson also needs to document what is to be done and provide accurate information to the contractors. The crew was very friendly and professional. The sales person, Jason, did a great job of explaining the many options offered by Hanson's including types of roofing materials, the guarantee, and financing options. Let's be clear: the cost is not cheap but you get what you pay for. Overall, my wife and I were/are very pleased with the entire experience.
