The initial walk through was great for everything talked about and agreed on. Then came the project. Roof got rescheduled multiple times. Then it rained during mid roof install and got water in my basement. The gutters were left a mess because they were supposed to r&r gutters as the sales person and I agreed on. Well that didn’t happen. The roofers said that’s not us that touches the gutters. Call Hansons to figure it out.
