The Sales Rep was fantastic. We had an instant rapport. I did not feel in the least pressured and she answered any questions I had. I did not feel in the least rushed and did not feel I was just another appointment/sale.

The guys did great and it only took a few days. They cleaned up all their mess and even put back up our outdoor lights. They also had to take down our Christmas lights since they were still up. I have not had my windows installed yet. However, I had several companies and local installers come out to give me a quote and Jessalee was, by far, the best. She is knowledgeable, courteous, and respectfully helpful. She helped me come up with a design and plan that optimized how I live in my home and made suggestions I hadn’t thought of and helped me stay in my budget.
