First explaining what I needed in terms of gutters I was told that what I needed couldn’t be done. Later in the conversation I was asked what I did for a living and I said I was a nurse. “You must make good money if you’re a nurse”. I didn’t feel the need to explain that I was a single mom with no other income other than my own to support myself and my daughter at the same time paying to go to school.
