John was very informative and very nice and easy to talk to but have decided to go in another direction thanks for your time on a cold ass day maybe in the future will decide on new windows if we decide to stay here might be moving and don’t want to spend the money

The communication between departments (sales, call center, customer service, schedulers) was AWFUL! I believe my salesman is no longer with the company (email and ph# kicked back as undeliverable) and I tried for a solid month to get someone else to follow up with me before install. I had some generic questions and possibly additional work I wanted quoted from you. When you called to schedule the installation I didn't recognize number and didn't answer and you couldn't leave a message to call back. Scheduled for one day and I waited all day and didn't show up, rescheduled for next day first thing in morning didn't show up until 10:30. Said you would take 100 dollars off bill for all the unnecessary waiting I did but got billed full amount anyway. Then found nails and screw in driveway, and could of used a little more caulk on inside bottom of window. Thank you
