Kelly came up with an innovative way to save me a lot of money on windows. Instead of 25 windows I only need 14. You also rolled with the punches when I was looking through the brochures and noticed that you guys did showers as well as windows which I didn’t know and he went ahead and gave me an estimate to replace my tub shower with a shower. I had Hansons come out to our house for estimates on a new roof, windows, and gutters. They sent 2 very nice guys out to measure and take photos. They were extremely thorough with all of the information. We won't be ready for the work to be done for a bit, but I feel pretty confident that they will be a good fit.

I received a text message saying that on Tuesday morning the installation team would arrive between 8 AM and 12 PM. I made sure to follow the instructions that were sent in the text message. On Tuesday morning received another text saying that the team would arrive between 1-3pm. Hansons notified me that I still owed money for the permit. I went online & paid it when I received the notice and they confirmed they had received it. I asked if the job was still going to take one day because I was told it would 1 day.
