Although the contractor spoke little english, they did an outstanding job! The work was completed in a timely fashion, and all of the debri was cleaned up afterwards. I would differently recommend 1-800 Hansan. Thanks, Dwayne
I did give David and his crew a 5 star rating. But i do have a suggestion.They could do a little better on their clean up. I was finding nails and screws in my road,driveway and on the floors in the house when i was cleaning the bathtub and floors after they had left.
The guys did a wonderful job and all were so nice!!!!! I thank them!!!!
The workers did great the team is what I’m not happy with. I called around 7-8 times told them what I was calling about, they either told me to call this number or took my number and told me someone would call me back. I was just trying to find out about the text I got back saying “we want to make things right”. I talked to all these people and no one could give me an answer or get back with me. Appointment was set up for Friday anywhere between 10 - 12 for window measurements. Tuesday I was called asking if they could change to Thursday I had appointment I canceled and my wife had a later appointment in afternoon. I waited all Thursday morning till 12:15 and called the Hansons phone number anyway the guy didn’t call me or the scheduler he didn’t show up now I have to wait till Saturday not knowing when he will show up, if he does, not a very good start. Jimmy was great! Hansons had the best price, quality and service out of everyone i met with. Hopefully i can get the disability grant funds soon and have Hansons get my shower done.

We were happy will our Salesperson, Gary, until the windows were installed and discovered that he mislead us on telling us blinds/shades would function on these windows. There is quarter-round on all the windows; therefore no space to attach the blinds or expensive bottom up/ top down shades. I had just ordered. He offered NO follow up or service after the sale. Two crank were missing and we have waited 2 months to receive those. Installer came today with the wrong color crank! Hope it's not another 2 months to get the corre... read more
