I had the absolute pleasure of working with Zach at the Union branch Harborside in Tacoma WA. Yesterday I had a horrible day I have forgotten my ID and live over 30 minutes away from the closest harborstone credit Union suffice to say I was very worried I was dressed in pajamas looked a bit disheveled and could have easily been mistaken for someone trying to pull a scam. I was at risk of identity theft and needed to close my old account and open a new one. I was connected with Cila who was so amazing. Given the situation I was a bit frantic, she was so calm and friendly and made itba point to make a personal connection with me at the start of our interaction.
