Front desk was having issues with their systems, so they thought our room was already checked in (they resolved). Then got charged $160 after the stay, which had to contact them and they blamed on the same system issues (they resolved). Also, would be nice if they had indoor pool/hot tub amenities, for the cost of the rooms. Often default to the hotel across the street for more amenities and lower cost. Room was clean. Casino was crowded. The way to the room was long and tiring since there was no way to use the same elevator to get short way to the room

So this is my second stay at this property in 6 months, both two day stays. This place has been FANTASTIC. Clean, very spacious rooms, nice amenities inside them, the bedding and pillows are clean and high quality, and very comfortable. All the staff I encountered between front desk, restaurant, and casino were all very friendly and helpful. Didn’t know they serve breakfast and we have stay there few time per year and I don’t get any room or casino coupons
