The rooms were beautiful. It was an old historic building that is very modern. Hallways were filled with clothes from famous rockers. I have never stayed in a place with such friendly staff! I have nothing but great things to say about the hotel and casino.
Small property but with big amenities
Great stay! We traveled to Sioux City for my daughter and chose the Hard Rock Hotel because of it's 4-star status and the competitive room price. Of course, I'm a musician so I was naturally interested already. Everything was awesome-- the service, the room, the displays, the stay in general! I was able to take in the experience more as she was out on job-related business. The room was pretty cool with high ceilings and original brick.
Front desk was very friendly and kind. All staff I came across were friendly and actually greeted you. Ate at casino cafe before leaving. Service wasn't the best but they were doing their best.
Don't miss an opportunity to check it out. The room was amazing. Amenities were great. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful. I would go back more often if they were closer to home. Definitely a place to stay and experience
Best Hotel! Amazing people who truly care about you! This was very refreshing to see a business who prides itself on service. This may be the greatest hotel stay I have ever had, and I do not say that lightly since I travel for business and stay at hotels all the time. Great people, great fun, great times!
Parking was not very good.
