I went to the ER and then was admitted to the hospital. The Dr.'s, Nurses, Tech's, and Housekeeping all went above and beyond all expectations. I was treated as a family member not just a patient. Each and everyone of them was a blessing and helped me more than I can ever repay.
Went to er a few weeks ago for my gallbladder acting up . I didn’t notice anything off with my test results until a family nurse looked at them . The dr tested me for any and all illegal drugs without my knowledge. Not a problem that you tested me , I’m not on any , but you didn’t tell me and you billed me for it ! Just know I will be coming to speak with someone this week !
This is the experience everyone should have when having medical care. They staff are all up beat and helpful. The hospital does not have the same feeling as being in jail, like most hospitals do. This is by far the best experience I have had in any medical facility and hope that they can maintain the standard they have set. Thank you for making a not so good experience into something comfortable and positive. Love your awesome staff.
I have seldom had a good experience at Hardtner Medical Center. Had quite a few very bad experiences. Today put the icing on the cake. My primary care provider referred me to Dr. Close a dermatologist to find out why I am itching. They called to set an appointment for me. The earliest he could see me, is the end of January 2023. In my opinion this is unexceptionable. If they can’t do any better then that, they need more doctors. If not they shouldn’t advertise that they can care for patients needs.
