Coming to your dealership was a waste of my time today. I arrived for my appointment and the manager was "busy". I was sent someone new with next to zero knowledge about motorcycles. Do better. I'll take my business to a different dealership.
Employees very nice. Cashier personnel was very nice, interacted and laughed with me. I spent way more than I should have but found too many things 💜 to purchase.
First time visit to Utica HD and it was a great visit. Large inventory of Harley’s and was surprised by the alternative brands of power equipment. Staff was great during the visit!
Just bought my first bike at Utica Harley Davidson and the process went smoothly with no issues. The salesman, Dylan, was awesome and I would definitely go back! 😎
Missed my appointment but they got me right in a week later. Schedule a 1000 mile service but decided to do handlebars last minute. They accommodated and had ready in 2 days. Whole cost was $100 cheaper than expected. Thanks everyone at Harley!
