Very friendly staff. Just took a little too long. I was there at 3 and left close to 5 for a checkup and cleaning.
It took a long time but was worth, Denise did a great job again! She is the Best! I have to travel away from McAllen TX but it’s worth it!
The dental hygienist was very kind and professional. I did not like waiting an hour to be called to a room, and then waiting a while to be seen. In the future, I would like to be notified to show up for my appointment at a later time instead of just waiting.
The ladies in the front desk were very attentive and professional. Within five minutes I was called for my procedure. The young lady that attended me was very friendly and she explained the procedure step by step. Doctor Villarreal is a very professional individual. He is very sensitive to other peoples ways and feelings. I am very satisfied with the entire crew including Patty. Even though I live in Brownsville I will continue traveling to Harlingen Family Dentistry. An outstanding Team with superb attitude and knowledge.
My visits to Harlingen Family Denistry are usually great, but yesterday I had two appointments scheduled. My orthodontist retainer check went fine, but my cleaning appointment did not. I did not see my regular hygienist. Unfriendly service by New hygienist.
