Didn't have to wait to be called, Dr. Kim is the greatest, dissapears most of my anxiety w dentists, explains all n makes me feel like talking to family... billing great too.. Thank You so much..šĀ
I find it inconsistent to send a reminder txt 24 hrs before the appointment, another that morning, and then when I get to the appointment, I sit in the dentist chair for at least 30 minutes before anything happens. The cleaning took less time than my wait.Ā

I notice since last I was in the girl that did the cleaning did not take as long as Griselda use to not even this time. Maybe not as thorough.Ā
It was fast and the tech was very gentle.Ā
The service was great, but the had us waiting for about 30 minutes. They had to check my insurance before they started anything. They had six months to do that. That is unexplainable.Ā
