Harlingen Family Denistry has been great guiding me through my dental plan. They work with me according to my schedule and comfort levels. I just wish I had been better prepared for my consultation today. When asked if I had questions, my mind went blank. And now I wish I was given a simple FAQ to maybe give me the answers to the questions I forgot to ask. I'm very happy with the care they provide otherwise. Keep up the great work!
My name is Frank. My health care provider is the VA Clinic here in Harlingen. Awhile bad, I had dentures made and 4 implants to help stabilize my dentures. The VA paid for all of this with a voucher. Afterward, I began to have problems with the implant not holding. During this time, Dr. Villarreal and his staff were very professional and concerned with the problem I was having. Since 1985, I've been a patient of Dr. Juan Villareal, and even though I live in Brownsville now and am literally surrounded by different Dental Clinics, I am so comfortable with the efficient and professional service here at Ortho-Bay, that I wouldn't go anywhere else. I just finished my braces treatment and am very happy and thankful with Dr. Grewal's job.
