I’ve always had a smooth time scheduling appointments but these last two times. I got two texts confirmations as a phone call that my appointment was at 3 and when I got there it was at 4. When I went again they told me it was a certain day at a certain time and I even got the text confirmation but when I got there, the front desk lady said I had no appointment scheduled. So that was a little inconvenient for me.
