Happy to explain. I am a regular patient. I had an appt at 11:00 am. I received a text from Harmony reminding me of my 11:00 appt the morning of. I showed up on time. I was told the staff did not see my appt. And yet I had received a reminder, which I still have under your number. Next I was told the provider is out of the office until Oct.
