Carmen from collections and nathan from harpers ferry is very unprofessional... DO NOT go to this place.. maintenance is not up to par with the property and there was trash all around the complex not being taken care of... pictures from website do not portray what is actually onsite.. beware buying sight unseen... other reviews are bad also... ceiling tiles leaking, stains, not well kept
Dawn was awesome ! She’s an excellent & very knowledgeable Property Manager . She was able to answer every single one of my questions ;throughly in a very comprehensible manner .
Beyond the beautiful landscaping and amenities of Harper's Ferry is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff from the Rental Office to the maintenance crew. If I have any problem with any aspect of my quality of life here I simply speak to the proper person and they make me feel like my problem is their problem too. When I have an apartment maintenance need it is rare that it is not tended to on the same day it's reported and in a most satisfactory way. My experience at Harper’s Ferry was one I’ll never forget. The staff was always professional courteous and willing to listen and help. The environment was always clean and safe. If it wasn’t for my own personal changes I would have stayed. If anyone is looking for a good apartment recommendation I would definitely recommend these apartments
Harper's Ferry has been a great complex to live in. Rent is very reasonable and everything is well maintained. The management staff is unbeatable; they worked with me a lot when I moved in since I was only in the area for a couple of months. The buildings are well maintained and updates have been made throughout. I love the convenience of having a washer and dryer in every apartment, parking throughout the complex, and a quick walk to the leasing office.
