This place is a shit hole. Management and maintenance don't care. I have called yesterday and today regarding a leak in my living room ceiling and it has gotten to the point that the drywall falling
so you can allow a sex offender live in the aparments but a small weed charge is rejected!? y'all are kidding me right!

Been living here for about 3 years now and I keep having a rodent issue. The property has poor property inspections cause if they inspected their property and units correctly I would have never had the issues I've been having..The property manager is rude and disrespectful... I was told I was harassing them by continuing calling the rental office because I didn't want to keep communicating through email and I had mice in my kitchen leaving droppings everywhere including my stove and around my food...I use to be okay with thi... read more

I have lived here five years now and discovered various problems. Most recent is the water leak in the corner of our living room discovered at the end of January 2021 when I took the Christmas tree down. Calls have been made and maintenance has responded but the leak persists. Carpet is wet and I am unable to place furniture in that corner. The place has a musty odor at times. this place is cheaply made! black mold in the wall that they just covered with plaster and paint! we went without carpet for 2 yrs because they wouldn't allow it to be fixed! not until the third yr that is! so glad we left! And the laundry room everyone either smokes weed or damages your items
