I would honestly say 5 to all of the categories. My parents are genuinely happy. I had 1 concern (getting my parents on the actual schedule for help bathing), but once I stepped in things were remedied immediately. My parents were trying to address it through the nursing staff. I went directly to the executive director. My parents have formed a solid bond with many of the nursing and dining room staff, and are scored to introduce me. An exceptionally friendly staff and appears to truly care. The place is kept super clean and smells fresh. The architecture of the place and multiple windows and lighting provide a bright atmosphere. It's like a beachy feeling. The courtyard is spot on for a tranquil place to sit outside. My mom loves it there.
Brand new construction. Multiple options for recreation for the active senior. Options for all three levels of care. I would consider this place for my loved one.
5 For each and every category! We are so fortunate to have found a "unicorn" of assisted living for my parents!! We toured 4 facilities and this one definitely felt warm, inviting, and brimming with activity. Two of the facilities felt like they were waiting for Death to come take them. The facility is beautifully maintained, and they offer a lot of activities. My mom is in memory care, and the staff are very caring and patient with her. They get to know each person and try to do what it takes to make them comfortable

5 on all except not sure about last. It's more expensive for a reason! The independent residents interact and help assisted living residents. Friendly faces treat all as family. Call each other by name in passing.

My mom is very happy there. It's a wonderful place. I'm so glad we found it. I live out of the state and don't know a lot of specifics. I just know that my mom is happy, which is an enormous relief because she hated the place where she was for a month before she went to harpers. She likes the other residents, she says they are friendly and kind, and the facility is new and beautiful (i saw it in person). My mom has no complaints.
The facility is beautiful and conveniently located to many shopping, tourist, and restaurant options. The staff are caring and easy to talk to. There are numerous activities that residents can participate in as they desire.
