It's like a grave yard. Nobody is really winning really good machines but when they don't pay who wants to play. We go to Coconut Creek also winning percentage is higher the place is always busy. Most are from the Isles. New management took this place down. SMH

Nice clean non smoking casino with great music. Unfortunately you do not have a fighting chance playing video poker on short and very short-pay machines. They have gotten worse over the last couple of years. The deli was excellent.

This comes from a Racing Fan as I don’t play slots or poker. Even though I made money on the night the racing section is disgraceful. Who has heard of a racetrack there you can not stand at the finish line on the apron. In addition I went to one of the betting windows open, handed the woman a winning ticket and she said “I can’t cash this right now” are you kidding!!!

we all know that the Isle has changed,no anniversary or birthday perks,little free play and so on,OK What should not change is the way you treat loyal customers.On friday I lost thousands of dollars,so saturday I asked for a comp for Farradays dinner.Only I ended up with Carla Mendoza I have never seen before,and I hope never again.She totally insulted me offering me $ 30,--,what a joke.On top she had the nerv to say,if I play more this week,maybe she can go a little higher,WOWI feel more than insulted.The lesson here is:for... read more

I started going to the Isles Casino in March when I moved into the Coral Springs area, within 3 month of going to the casino I was already at the third level of card membership this past Friday I spent $500 and the day before on Thursday I had to spend about 175 that's a total of $675 in two days... when I went up to the Players Club and ask for a comp for the deli, they said that I had no points accumulated for comps...lmfaf!!! I have been going to the isle since 2006. I am very dissatisfied with the buffet, Tightness of the slot machines & insulted by November offer. After playing much in September & October I have to play 250 points to get $5. I will not be going back!!!!
