RecommendedTook my car in today for repairs. Aaron at the front service desk was nice beyond words. Thought I might need brakes too and they checked them and said I was at 70%. Who is that honest?!?! If you are looking for fair prices and honesty go to Harris Automotive!!
Honest, friendly extremely thorough and you can't beat the price. I'm extremely picky about my vehicles, and the guys at Harris Automotive let me bring my preferred synthetic oil and my preferred filter. They charged me $15 for labor plus tax which includes doing a tire rotation when requested. I was in and out of the Westerville location in 45 minutes. Oil & filter change plus tires rotated. And the best thing about them is they are just one mile west of the house!
Went and got my back brake pads & rotors replaced. Easy to schedule and good communication. Fair pricing and used high quality parts. Had to brake hard on my way home because a deer ran in front of my car. Talk about timing! Thanks for making my car safe. Will recommend to everyone in my office as we are right across the street.
We have been going here for a few years now and we couldn’t be happier with the service we receive. We always know that they are going to be honest and upfront about what repairs/service really need to be done and what can wait. They do their best to work around our schedules, provide great customer service, and fair prices. I wouldn’t trust our cars with anyone else.

Have used the Blacklick location for two experiences now. Have nothing but good things to say about the way they do business. Hard to find a car shop that isn't out to collect as much as they can.
