I have three children who all needed braces at the same time. Dr. Hart scheduled these appointments first thing in the morning at 8am and my children were never late for school. Her location directly across from the Jr. High was super convenient for monthly appointments and on occasion when my kids would break something they could walk over during their lunch break. Needed to get in before Christmas to check to see if I had lost a filling or cap, and they were able to fit me in within an hour. I came in for my annual cleaning. The atmosphere of the office was very friendly as usual. Fortunately, I have no further work to have done at this time, but they know that I will contact them should I need their services. Had to wait a few minutes as Dr Hart had a home emergency, but she still had me out in good time as I needed to get on the road for an appointment in Mattoon.
